Latham Park also features the Latham Park Greenway, a 1.2 mile paved path that runs parallel to North Buffalo Creek with 20 fitness stations. The path links to paths in Lake Daniel Greenway and the Hill Street Connector Trail, making it possible to walk, bike or jog from Cone Hospital and downtown Greensboro to Friendly Center and Wesley Long Hospital.
